Who I am

My name is Kamil Brzuszczak and for over a decade I have been dealing with what is hardest for most companies: connecting technology with real business outcomes. Today, I act as a Fractional CTO and AI Integrator for small and medium-sized enterprises – stepping into organizations as an external technology officer, structuring IT decisions, deploying AI automation, and ensuring the budget works for results, not vendor billing.

I am not a "pure" developer or a "pure" marketer. My advantage is that I understand both sides – and know how to bridge them.

The Path: From Marketing to CTO

I built my experience through more than a decade of co-creating one of Poland's leading premium e-commerce brands – audioplaza.pl. I started with visibility strategy and budget optimization within the Google ecosystem (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Merchant Center), being accountable for the measurable return on marketing investments.

Over time, my role evolved towards technology: from handling key B2B/VIP customers, through conversion analytics architecture, to full technology ownership as Chief Technology Officer – overseeing server infrastructure, network security, databases, and deployments of VoIP telecommunications (3CX / SIP Trunking) and internal automations built on Google APIs and AI.

Today, I bring this same expertise to SMEs – without the need to hire a full-time technology officer.

Unconventional education, real advantage

I graduated in Journalism and Social Communication from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, supplemented by Czech philology and film studies. This is an unconventional background for a tech professional – and that is exactly why it works to your advantage:

• I translate IT into business language. My journalism background makes it easy to explain complex technical concepts to management boards as specific benefits and numbers, rather than jargon.
• I think in narratives and composition. Film studies is a training ground for analytical thinking – I treat system design like directing, where every element supports the main goal.
• I maintain peace and perspective. The Czech philosophy of "to se vysvětlí" (it will sort itself out) is a mindset that proves invaluable during technical crises.

How I work

My tech stack is built on years of practice, not theory: Python, Docker, Linux, agentic architectures, and modern LLM models (Claude, OpenAI API), RAG systems, and MCP protocols. I build custom solutions like the OpenClaw AI Gateway and custom automations, deploying them in days rather than months.

I always start with the business problem, not the tool. Every solution has a measurable goal, and you retain full control over data and costs. I do not seek a full-time position – I operate on a flexible hourly or project-based model tailored to the scale of your challenges.
